Welcome to Fergal's Fido Lido, a purpose-built, chemical-free canine hydrotherapy centre located in the peaceful countryside of West Wellow, Romsey. Our bespoke 4m x 9m hydrotherapy pool has been designed specifically for dogs, offering a safe, gentle, and effective way to support recovery, mobility, and overall well-being—without the use of harsh chemicals.
Whether your dog is recovering from surgery, managing arthritis or joint issues, building strength, or simply enjoys a good swim, our facility provides the ideal environment. The heated pool, built using the latest pool technology, including salt water electrolysis, is kept at a comfortable 29–30°C and is maintained through a natural, chemical-free filtration system, ensuring a cleaner, more comfortable experience for even the most sensitive dogs.

Our Story
Gem, is a lifelong dog lover and dedicated owner whose passion for canine health and performance runs through every part of her life. What began as a simple idea to build a pool for her first dog, Scrappy Doo, grew into something far more meaningful. Although Scrappy was sadly lost too soon, his memory lives on in everything Gem has created, alongside another much-loved companion, Binx.
The pool was brought to life by her husband, Jake, and remains a family-run venture, with her parents, Sue and John, playing a key role in its day-to-day running.
Our state-of-the-art facility was built by LovetoSwim, using the latest in energy-efficient technology and advanced hydrolysis water treatment – ensuring crystal-clear water without harsh chemicals, and a greener pawprint for the planet.
